Cliff - Cityscape

This is my star destroyer/industrial mix. I had a lot of fun on this one.

Fun assignment, really wanted 2 do a cityscape and include some kind of action so i decided to do the alien invasion theme, gotta have the aliens! Thanks again Jung for the class and had fun with the in class painting we all did.

bottom version was done in class and top one i spent another hour exploring different shape!

this week we went over making mask for your cities, and this assignment is "scale"

please try to use scale and size for your next painting!

Devon's Cathedral!

My painting from this weeks assignment, worked on it some more after class, adding more depth and atmospherics as well as making the lighting better. tons of fun and definitely learned a bunch. Thanks Jung for the critique and paint over, i always learn a ton and have a bunch of things to do to improve my pieces!

Amazing demo last week, learned so much and i must say it took my work to a new level thanks Jung! I look forward to making more pieces like this.. 12hrs of fun and learning. Cant wait 2 do this weeks cityscape! -Saul

here is the final version of 6 week interior demo. i spent another 40min . puting more architecture. i still consider this as sketch phase.
this week we went over doing interior environment! first we have to design nice
facede and incorporating into your environment painting! watch your scale when you guys are doing facede!

Aircraft or Spacecraft ?

Really fun assignment. Overall I was happy with what I came up with. There are some issues with perspective, and also there is no background and environment, so I will surely work on it more in the future. Thanks Jung!
